hmm like the post above i dont know if you want to download or just listen to.
if you just want to listen to try grooveshark its like pandora and others. the good thing about it is that they cater for international users.

I don't think there is a kind of music that is created for popping dance and that we can call as "popping music". I think they use different kinds of music that will go well with the movements of the popping dancers. It will be difficult to find a site on popping music.
