Oh My.... I am in shock

I saw this news article on the Website, The Wacky News, about a woman who has set herself a goal to weigh 1000 pounds. She wants to way this much and purposely tries to gain the weight. I don't think there is anything wrong with big women, but at some point I would think because she has a daughter she might be concerned about her health, rather then becoming the world's largest woman. I have included the link to the article. What do you think? http://news.ninemsn.com.au/world/1027360/woman-aims-to-become-worlds-fattest

Me neither! Why would she want to risk being this overweight? Eating all of these sweets can only lead to Diabetes and High Cholesterol. She really is killing herself slowly.. I hope that she does not reach her weight gain goal. I am afraid that it will kill her as she is trying to reach this goal!

Yes I wouldn't be surprised if she didn't make it to her goal. o would think there would be some sort of intervention that could be done.

I have seen this before. It is very wrong and yes you would think that she would be concerned about her health because of her daughter. If I remember correctly I believe her bf or husband was supporting her on this. She could literally kill herself by eating so much and yet she's not thinking of that, she's also setting a bad example for her daughter.

I feel so sorry for this family. The mother wanting to be big makes me think she's trying to hide problems, and the husband supporting her isn't helping at all. He should be against it just as her doctor's are.

SHe said her husband liked big women. I would think if he really loved her he would realize she is going to an extreme and he would rather that she not kill herself. But I guess, to each their own....

It's terrible when people abuse their bodies like this for no good reason. There are people with serious health problems that would give anything for the chance to be healthy and this woman is deliberately throwing her health down the drain. It's sad.

Hi, amybrezik. This woman is crazy as hell! Why would she want to gain all of this excessive weight? This will only kill her as she is trying to reach her goal. And here I am making plans for me to lose the 40 lbs that I have on me. They need to make a show called, 'The Biggest Gainer". She would surely fit this description perfectly!

She is absolutely crazy. Everyone has their own goals, I just personally don't understand hers. I feel sorry for the child she is raising.

My thoughts exactly. Some people just don't seem to have their priorities straight.
