More U Sleep More U active is only for Children's or Also for elders

I am little bit confuse.But one thing is right 8hrs Sleeping make person active. But more then that can be lead u an unhealthy morning. What u people thinking .....................

You are correct. Too much sleep can make you also feel weak. You will feel that your body is too heavy to do your everyday work. I suggest a good uninterrupted 6-8 hours of sleep is good for our health.
