cool and hot food

Years back from now, I used to be called 'extremist' by my roommate in University. I did like chilled or really hot food and drinks, I didn't like 'in-between', i.e. warm. Now I can't take food which is too hot for my tongue and throat cannot bear the heat. Maybe aging has taken the edge off me. ~ :P

I don't like hot food but i like warm food. I also don't like cold food. Particularly i don't like cold soup.

If a meals call so being hot I so love it hot and gradually allow it to warm. I cannot heat a meal that was hot and suddenly became cold. the only thing I like cold is if it intended to be eaten that way. Take chicken for instant, Love it hot. But if refrigerator will not eat is cold as some people do.

I usually eat warm meal, because I like food better when it warmed up. There are only a few meals that I can eat cold. I don't like hot food either, I eat them at a nice warm temperature. I cannot eat cold soup or cold stakes, they feel much more better when they are freshly cooked and prepared. When they are cold, they feel greasy and have a different taste and I just cannot swallow them. So I usually eat freshly prepared meals.

I myself like to eat hot food. The only food I would eat cold is stuff like cereal and salad. However, everything else pretty much tastes better when warm. Only my brother likes to eat cold food.
