Granted, the boy is only 5 but he's a genius! In actual fact he was 3 when the idea came to him for the Double Broom! Check out the young man for yourself, bless his heart. Mum would LOVE one of those brooms! http://uk.news.yahoo.com/5/20100906/tuk-boy-and-his-broom-an-inspiration-to-45dbed5.html

Well that is pretty cool. What a smart kid! I would like to see a video of the broom in action though. I guess we will have to wait to see whether it makes it to mass production or not.

Dyson is a very clever man. We have a Dyson and it sucks like crazy!

Yes, it was a tad disappointing that we couldn't see it in action. If Dyson gets hold of it he'll probably motorise it! Haha!

Nice looking boy. Can't say anything about the broom, though, as they really didn't show it in the pic. That's one of my pet peeves... checking out a news item online, wanting to see a pic so I can understand better what they're going on about, but there ain't none!

I must admit, that did annoy me somewhat. However, perhaps it's something to do with the patent so therefore the full Double Broom can't be shown for legal reasons? Bloody frustrating, I agree!

Well, if it's been patented, there's no reason why they couldn't show it, especially if they're going to go ahead with production.

Great idea! Now if only they could invent a floor that would sweep itself!!!

well the brits invented a lot of stuff like one example is the radar, without it world war 2 would end very differently.
