White hairs are a bit shameful.

I am still in my 30’s but some of my hairs are white already. I find it very tiresome of going repeatedly at the salon for a hair dye and it’s consuming my work pay too. I should have that for food and other needs instead. i also choose the last seat everywhere since I get conscious of my white hairs. some People don’t comment but I can see it in their eyes that they’re not comfortable too seeing my white hair at this age. It’s a bits shameful but what I can do when my hairs don’t have that much color pigments. Do you share the same sentiments with me too?

Forget those white hairs! You can be energetic and smiling all the time and remain an active person so that others will note you for that and no more pay attention to your white hairs. We can impress others easily with the style of our dressing and the way we move around. If you are still not convinced, try some scarps on your hair as some men use caps.

Be thankful you only suffer from white hairs, and that you're not balding. White hair is easy to deal with. If you were balding then you would really have some issues.

Hello flagella, I don't understand why some people have discomfort with a few white hair on your hair. It is not necessarily caused due to aging. I have had a bunch (although no one can notice) of white hairs on my head from the age of 15, as far as i remember. I don't know what is the reason behind this, some say it's due to some lack of proteins i don't know but it never really bothered me much and the same with others. I have a friend, who has hairs white at the root and he needs to dye them regularly and i see no reasons why one would find that uncomfortable. I am sorry to hear the way people react to you for the same. It's not shameful to have white hair that is not caused due to aging, at it isn't to me but i don't understand what other people make out of it.
