We all know experience is gold in every walk of life.Even in jobs particularly in software experienced workers are preferred to highly qualified workers in the same field. Is it not? But the definition of an experienced person is " Experienced person is one who commits the same mistake without being caught". Tell me in your case whether experience got you better placement or helped you to commit the same mistake without being caught.

Experience is important but getting along with people is also very important too yea .

What you say is correct.Here the discussion is wether the experience which you had helped you to nprogress in life or not.Did it help you to commit the same mistake .

Hi,chayapathys.
yeah,experience do help us increase our efficiency and avoid making the same mistake in everyday life.You know,we could solve many problems almost with no more think if we have rich exprience.But the traditional thinking net can bring us some trouble too.So something simillar which is not the same in fact may confuse us.
It is useful to us to gain rich exprience but we can not rely on that totally.

Yes. I agree. Experience increases our efficiency and we can avoid comiting the same mistake next time.There is difference between traditional thinking and experience. With experience traditional thinking can also change. We may realize that by doing things on the basis on traditional thinking is not very helpful and we may adopt new modern methods next time.I do not think that traditional thinking can cause problems. Man is a rational animal. The power of thinking and distinguishging between bad and good is bestowed to man only.A man may do bad but he is aware of the consequences.What I mean by experience that when we have done a work in 3 hours for the first time and when we have to do the same work next we will be able to do it less than 3 hours say 2 hours.
