How are you as an employee?

We all are quite different from each other when it comes to work ethics, as employee. Even if we all have the same "culture" as one nation... We say that Japaneses are workaholics and even considers work as top priority than family... I have even read in an article that some are already not healthy because they spend like 15 hours at work!! **Above is just an illustration (no offense meant). So what about us, individually - how are you as an employee? Would you be the kind who goes home last, or the first to go when its time? hehe

As an employee, I can see myself as a problem solver. I like to solve problems of the company even if I'm not being paid for it. I don't go home early or I also don't go home late. I just finished what I need to be done for that day and then go home.
