When do you know that a relationship is over?

When do you know if a relationship isn't really going anywhere? What is that specific thing that you see, hear, or feel that makes you go "It isn't working." How do you tell your partner that it's really just not working between the two of you and you've just had enough?

When understanding and commitment is not felt that would be one of the indicator that relationship is not working on a smooth way. But remember if depends on your expectation between the two of you. Pray to God and pray that "Please let me know if this is just a trial or my partner is not meant for me at all".

I like what you said that you should pray to God... because I believe also that God guides each person in growth in a relationship. I aso want to add that it's sometimes true what people say that when you commit, the fun fades but when it is true love then it is real love that remains :p

If you feel bored, not interested, and have no idea what to do, are some indicators that your relationship will not work. When you cannot feel happy also one of the most important thing to detect that.
But remember that those indicator I mentioned is normal in a relationship. It will be your choice to work on that, or to give up and leave.

I like that you said that it is a choice but, also, we have to be careful that we choose rightly... because sometimes in abusive relationships, the wrong choice is to stay and work on it. If he/she hits you now, he/she will hit you again :p make the right choice and leave :D

a relationship is over for me if the guy is always being too careless and im the one that always cares. also if he cheats or lie. if we love someone really we dont cheat neither lie. also if we love someone we have to care and not just one cares. about me i broke up with my ex bcs i really loved him was always caring and he was always acting careless so my feelings changed and i told him i dont love him like before and we broke up. some time later he wanted me again but i felt nothing for him anymore. we can love someone so much but if that person dont care much for us we just little by little stop love. so if we love someone we must care always^^
