did you think first before you do?

I know that when we are in a hurry and emergency we didn't think first what we are doing.
In your own opinion do you think first before you say, do?

sometimes i do things out of instincts - without thinking. but most of the time i would think first before i say or do anything. i'm the kind of person who wants to make sure of things. more thinking - less mistakes ;)

almost always i think first,i like to plan things but on the odd occasion i will sometimes forget to plan
