All of my cats are rescue of some kind. The one that I brought in from outside is Kiki. I believe she had a family before, though. When I found her, she was de-clawed and spayed. The only thing that I have had to work on with her is litter box...I don't know how many times she tries to be sneaky and go somewhere else. Our other feral cat, Shiba, is older. We have no idea if she was owned before or not. All I know is that my fiance took her from his parents farm when she wandered onto the yard. I have a soft spot for strays or abused animals. All of my animals were rescued from, either, not being wanted anymore or they were in an abusive family. :(

My first feral cat was Mandy. He sort of calmed down, but was never really completely tame. Mitten was better from the start than Mandy, but I honestly don't care if they are tame. Now we have Star, Ronnie, Gizmo, Elmer, Emily and Elizabeth - the last three are siblings - and the last 3 are also the most wild I've ever had. Honestly, tho, it would be hard for the feral cats to destroy what the tame one's haven't already...
