I always think why some people in this world have the guts to pursue such a heavy tasks and make great things out of it? Are leaders born or created and how?

you have to be a good listener first..being a leader doesnot mean you are the boss and everything you want will be followed....ask opinions and suggestions to your group and act as a part of a group.
