Changes - do you love them or hate them?

In most situations I love changes. I love moving. I love decorating a new apartment/house, arranging the furniture, getting to know a new neighbourhood, meeting my new neighbours etc. I also love new jobs. I love learning new things and getting new challenges and meeting my new co-workers. I love travelling to new places and exploring other countries or areas of my own country where I have never been. I love taking many different kinds of classes and learning new subjects for instanse new languages. When I am at a restaurant I love to try new dishes, and most of the time I choose a new dish instead of something that I have already tried. Of course there have been some changes in my life that I didn't like for instanse situations when a boyfriend broke up with me and I wanted to continue the relationship and situations where I have lost old friends etc. But in most situations I am get excited when I get the chance to try something new. Do you like changes or do you try to avoid changes? Do you prefer to do the things you already know and like or do you prefer to try new things?

Actually,I don't like changes,I like things being the same way. When something changes, you have to adapt to it for a long time.Well change is good, only if you're ina rut.If you do the same unpleasant activities, without any pleasure or energy what so ever. But if you do the same thing, like go to the same cofee place, meet the same friends, eat at the same place,if that's okay for you-why change? example:Seinfeld :)

I agree with that. If you are happy doing the same things there is no reason to change. I have friends who spend their holiday at the same place every year, eat at the same restaurant every time and things like that, and they like it that way. I am different, and I prefer to try new things and instead of doing the same things, but I think that the most important thing is that everyone does the things that are right for him or her.

I really love changes, I try to change jobs once in 2 years, because I got bored to be on one place for long time. This year I moved to another country, because I got tired of my home country and wanted to see how it is to live abroad. I think that all changes are always for good, we just don't always realize it when they happen without planning.

You sound a lot like me. I also try to change jobs pretty often, because I like to try something new, and I tend to get bored if I stay at the same place for a long time. In the past I have lived and worked in other countries than my own. I got many new and interesting experiences that way and I learned a lot. Today I am married and I have many pets, so I can't travel the way I used to or move to another country, but I am very happy that I had the chance to do those things when I was younger.
