what do you like most in The Godfather series starring Al placino

Hi, The thing I liked most in the Godfather series is the immense mental strength of Michael Corlione (Al Pacino). When his father was shot (in Godfather I), there was a crisis in the family. The very existence of the family was at stake. The elder brother of Michael was not good enough to take the responsibilities. He was impulsive, angry and he had to pay with his life. There were many who came and went by. But Michael, due to his extreme mental composure and immense strength, remained. At times the coldness of Michael was even scary. For example, when he was asked whether he had any role in killing his brother-in-law, he fixed his gaze on his wife, and said "No". This time his mental reasoning even triumphed over the dilemma of conscience. I wonder if there is a single young man who doesn't remember at least a few dialog from The Godfather. It's an inspiration to all. For example, "Don't hate your enemies. It affects your judgement." Thanks. God bless you.

The Godfather movies were so powerfuland unforgettable. What i liked most about the godfather movies was the importance of family. It was always an essential element to the success of the godfather movies.it made us believe in them more.

Well firstly I like it because it focusses upon a multi layered storyline which means that everytime you watch it there is something else you notice. Next the dialogue. Even now nearly 40 years after release it still stands up as does the soundtrack and the acting. But if you look at it there is drama, suspense, romance, action, horror and even comedy, it manages to cover so much without feeling weak in any department something which only truly great movies manage.

I agree with Sender621, the importance of family is the most important thing there. I believe that is something we all need to enrich and take care. But i like a lot of the SounTrack and the action of the movie too, even that movie being very old it still very atractive.

This movie is a school, I watch this move every time I have some free time, I agree that it teaches that our family is what matter, but I think that what is the best of this movie is that we can get what we want whatever it be, but we have to answer to our acts.
