Health Benefits of Playing Badminton

In fact it has been found that playing badminton till you get an increase in heart rate or mild breathlessness regularly in middle age lowers the risk of death.The main health benefit is reduction of bad cholesterol and increase in good cholesterol with regular badminton play. In our body, total cholesterol, triglycerides,low-density lipoproteins (LDL) and very low density lipoproteins (VLDL) are bad cholesterols and high-density lipoprotein (HDL) is he only good cholesterol.

Your reflection is very true and badminton is a good all over exercise, especially at keeping a persons body loose. the movement in badminton helps to create a good cardio vascular exercise and it gives good energy. thank you for putting this post up.

Dear friend, I love to pay badminton, even though I am not regular, but many times I do play it. It is really enjoyable for me and also keep myself fit. Moreover it gives a mental relaxation as I am enjoying it.

playing badminton is a very interesting one because it can relax our mind and body ofcourse in my own way i can say that it has a health benefits for it can be a source of having a balance diet and self control.

I think doing a regular exercise, eating healthy foods and living a happy life is what we aim for. And badminton definitely is one exercise that can be beneficial to us. Especially if you love the game. It becomes a part of your life hence back to the first statement. Be warned though that too much of anything can be bad. So just enjoy and have fun.
