Free Paid apps without Jailbreaking

Is there any way possible to get paid apps for free, without having to jailbreak your iphone/ipod?

If you know someone who has the paid app that you're looking for you can always sign into their iTunes from your phone your phone and "re-load" the app. My cousin did this for me when I wanted something that she had and I didn't want to pay $2.99.
