You just add more physical activities in your daily routine. Eat properly instead of just eating a little. You also need to motivate yourself to achieve this goal. A word of caution, this is not an overnight success story. You have to inch your way to your goal. You can do it!

Maybe you should check with your doctor first. He/she can advice you what to do, or warn you if some diets or activities will be bad for you.

I think you can safely lose half a pound (or half a kilo, I'm not sure) per week. A low-carb no sugar diet is a good start as intervention diet. Of course, strenuous exercise can speed things up. This is the usual formula nowadays. But before you do this, make sure that you don't have hypothyroidism because no matter what you do, your metabolism will just get in the way. If you think it's taking you forever to lose fat, it's probably cause by this ailment.

So simple, Exercise regularly. Go for jogging. Do not eat between meals, this has to be strictly followed. Drink lots of water. You can even reduce more, by just following the above ways.

it depends 1. what is your current weight 2. what is your mbr if you fell tired then there is definitely something wrong with your regime. don't starve yourself. don't reduce the quantity but reduce the quality of food. eat more greenies and fibre and reduce fat, oil and carbs intake. plan your exercise, there is no need to exercise 7 days a week.
