what is a star mark on some profiles in mylot?

Hello mylotties,
I am new here in my lot and while responding to some discussions i seen a star mark with some numbers written on it? i want to know what is it? do it affect our earnings? and how can i get that on my profile? do let me know if you all know about the thing what i am talking.

1st i just want to welcome you here in mylot.
when i was new here i also have the same question as yours. but the helps of some friends through discussion i got lots of answers. sooner you will going to have a start also beside your name when you REACH 100 discussion. (posting and response from other discussion ) it doesnt affect your earnings in terms of the numbers but the numbers can say how active you are here.. meaning if you are active it will give you more earnings here.. :D
