Oh yes! We have a popular saying, " the customer is always right". All customers are unique and you have to deal with them with so much care. You can't be right with the experience from a previous customer and judge the new one on the basis of that. The you will be totally wrong and miss an opportunity. See every customer with a blank mind with due respect and you will succeed.

hi there, i do agree on that, I have a business and i myself usually entertains customers, there are a lot of different type of personalities that i've met, some customers wants to be treated as a very important person, even if theres still other customers that who first to arrive, they suddenly shout on us and walked away and to be fair with the sales representatives or other sales agent or waitress, it should be also right for the customers to treat them with respect as well.its a two way process and give and take relationship.
