It's about my sis school homework
The questions is, as follows:-
Select a particular environement and write the organisms living in it and the environment conditions that are present
we both decided on the environment pond. Earlier we took Forest, but that's too complicated I feel for my sis.
When u take a "Pond" organisms living in it would be fishes,crabs,prawns,frog,crocodile,ducks, swans and small plants.
What am I to tell for the "environment conditions that are present"
Should I talk about the temperature of water, Oxygen n Carbon Dioxide level of the pond, acidity n purity of water, about the surrounding environment, and also about organisms which comes to the pond to drink water. What am I to describe/explain.. I am confused.
The environment condition is for the pond, not for the organisms individually. But still should I talk about the surrounding environment for each type of organisms. Do I have to mention the changes taking place during the four seasons also...
Please guide me...

....Hi there vjsinduja, You picked a vast environment to write about. If you haven't done too much work on it already I would pick another subject for the environment part. Although it might be a little gross, why not select the mouth as the environment and write about the various organisms found in bacteria, gingivitis and germs and cavities. Write about the daily hygiene required to keep the organisms at bay. It would be a two-fold lesson on the subject. Good luck with the paper. Take care.

Not my homework, It's my si's. her teacher has given five choices of environment to select
1.Pond
2.Desert
3.Forest
4.Park Land
5.Mountain
I am not much familiar with the others. Earlier I choose forest. But that's vast are to write about. SO I selected Pond

Hello!
I guess 'environment' conditions would, indeed, be about how the water is (as you already mentioned: temperature, acidity, composition, etc), but I'd also say that the plants surrounding it/living in it is an important part, since they provide food and shelter for many of the animals that live there. Also, maybe you could talk about the soil?
Concerning those environment conditions, maybe you can describe them in general and then explain how they affect each of the organisms. If the pond freezes in winter, for example, I think you should also mention it, and how it affects the different creatures (do they die? hibernate? etc)

hi , i think it would be nice if the environment would be the womb of a pregnant mother. You do some researching for the environmental conditions of the womb . Its very interesting and both of you would learn. try it.
