modem ax 001 alltronix problem

Dear all my lotter, i`ve been searching around now for about 2 hour just to find out a solution for my modem , failed, very sad... well, i just bought a cdma modem ( it`s AX 001 by Alltronix ) few days a go, was great, the browsing speed is good enough for my blogging and any other surfing needs but the problem is, it is now been 2 days I can`t use it for sms ( when i click the sms icon on the software, its loading and close instantly followed by my windows xp offered to sendng error report ) any good solution ? or maybe there is another modem software that compatible with this modem so i can have my sms alert. thanks, any responses will be highly appreciate .

you can contact the shop where you purchased it.Software can be downloaded usually in its official website of your product.My suggestion is don't use modem for internet,phone calls,message all together.It can reduce your modem quality and will cost you more.I prefer to use broadband modem for internet,mobile phone for call and sms.One device one function.

Dearest genius277 thanks for your Response, really waiting for this. yup brother i`ve contact the store but they say all infos needed are there in the CD which is came with the modem and the store did not involve in this because its been more than a week since the date of the invoice. by the way i`ve got the new software from one of blog page with the same as it was in the CD but still it did not make any changes and may I know why CDMA modem more costly than Broadband ? i`ve check the broadband monthly subscription and they are almost two times compared to CDMA. thanks from Lombok " The Island of Thousands Mosque in Indonesia "
