Natural Sleep Remedies

My sleeping schedule is totally off lately. It's almost 5:00 AM here, and I'm still wide awake! I've been waking up too late in the day, around 2:00 PM, and I want to change that. I'm wondering if anyone knows of any natural sleep remedies, like certain teas, or something, anything, that will help me fall asleep easily?

Hi I think you should change your sleeping pattern. Try to make a fixed sleeping time. Refrain from oversleeping and staying up late. Avoid coffee and tea as well as chocolates before bedtime. Take a warm bath before going to sleep and if you are a music lover put on soothing or relaxing music..some instrumental music or "nature" sounds might help you lull to sleep, too. Put off the tv, too. If you like to read you can also read a little before you sleep. So far I can't think of any food now that will make you sleep better. It is not good to sleep with a full stomach, too. hehehe. I hope you found something applicable from my reply.

Oh I forgot to mention this...To start your new sleeping schedule how about trying to get a body massage before going to sleep. Touch therapy is effective for me. I usually get a good sleep after a massage. Also, you can try aromatherapy. There are affordable scented oils and scented candles in the department stores. Try to love yourself once in a while and put on your favorite scent or perfume before going to bed :D... Good luck and sweet dreams :D
