computer are great but they have their problems and they can be very stubborn sometimes

That's right. Computer problems are very frustrating at times, especially when all the valuable information one had saved on there are gone. It is therefore very essential to have an antivirus program installed. It may be expensive, but it certainly is worth it.

I learnt computers by browsing in computer based forums - I'm sure even experienced (not so much the certified users) users need to as well. Often it's related to hardware, operating system, and programs. So it's important to back up your installers, documents, files, etc, and learn to create a entire computer image.

If you know how computer works and troubleshoot every issue that wouldn't be a problem. Just learn how computer behaves learn what is normal behavior of the computer?

Yes they have deficiencies and we know on the other hand it helps and progress the world because of computers.
