Rather a tough question to ask and i have yes to it too. I have breathing problems and I get this due to pungent smelling stuff like paints, perfume and other stuff. I am allergic to dust too. How do i refrain from it. The answer is simple. I am getting immune to it now. If virus can get immune to medicines why not human beings. I stay in metropolitan cities now at ease and I am getting over it now. When i go to my native the smaller level of dust and other pungent smells dont affect me much. Fortunately, I don't have any problem like that. I hope you can still enjoy your life even with those allergic reaction that you have.

I am sensitive to a few things. I have the high blood pressure problem, and I have to be very vareful with foods that can aggravate the blood pressure. One of the things that I am very sensitive to is "coconut". I have to stay away from any food item which has coconut in it. If I take that, my blood pressure shoots up within minutes. That is some thing I have to be very very careful about.

Yes, I have a lot of allergies. I don't even know where to start. I am allergic to dust, pollen, ragweed, tumbleweed, olive trees, perfume, certain plants, cockroaches, cats (but if they are dander free or constantly clean I have no problems), feathers, dander, and grass. I have been taking a lot of medications for all of these allergies, but I hope to one day get off of these medications.
