Yes definetely history repeat itself. There is many reference in bible. As Nova's period and Sodom and Komara period the history repeates nowadays.

I don't know if it will repeat itself, but I know the history is here to teach us, and we have to look at it to not fall on the same mistakes, we have to learn not just with our past, but with the past of everything.

No always but sometimes history repeats itself when really its need. But I think it is possible in very rare cases. Because I have not heard much about this that history repeats itself. So I can’t say more about this.

I don't think it is actually history repeating it's self. Once History is written it is Written. I think that the many similar occurrences in history are results of mankind and our inherit nature to repeat mistakes, decisions, and choices.
