Using SEO for referrals

I checked a book on SEO from the library at my college and started reading it. I am going to read as much as I can before it has to be returned, but there is something I would like to know from those on myLot who can speak with experience. Do you have a search engine optimized website(s), and did having one help in building your referral downlines? What information would you like to share?

Though I have no details idea about SEO but i think to get good position of your blog or website in search engine it must must be keyword enriched. If you have many keywords in your post more traffic will come to visit your site.
