We people are not perfect, we all have mistakes but do you usually end a day with a problem? or you did not make a move to make it right and waited till morning and fixed it? I sometimes sleep with a problem that was left behind which is not appropriate, but of course I really try make it right before I sleep and I end sometimes with nothing until the morning comes and was able to make things right. Have you experienced this?

Of course but then I can't site the example of what instances is that. Maybe when my boyfriend and I have argued then sometimes our issue was not able to solve. But then it was solved by the next day. But of course when we are having our argument we are able to solve it before the day ends.

When it is about our love ones, we really intend to have sleeping issues when we sleep and yes, better solve it before you end the day.

Well yes, then when I do finally go to sleep and wake up the next morning, things don't seem half as bad. Sometimes if I have a problem, that keeps me awake, I write it down on paper. Then I can go to sleep. Reading it the next day helps a lot too.

Reminder with our problem or small problems helps us start a day with a meaning.

Oh yeah...I'm kinda like you...I feel really really sleepy when I have a problem. So I tend to sleep to make myself feel better...or to strengthen myself.

Hiya elly, Depend for me what kind of problem it is. For example if your Washing Machine breaks down you cannot get someone to come and fix it late at night so you have to wait till the next Day. The only thing you can do is to wash the clothes you need by hand and put them outside if needs be but that´s about all you can do with a problem say like that one. Emotional problems can always be stored and kept safe for another Day or another time. There is the difference.

So , it depends on what problems you have. Right, there are times that we have emotional problems and it is different from our daily problems in the house hold. But, finding a solution is what we need to do to make our day good.

I think we have all had days that ended with a rising problem. if you dn't dfind a solution you are satisfied with, you end up taking the problem to bed with you. all this does is to give you a sleepless night. The problem will still be waiting for you in the morning. that's where we should leave it when we go to bed.

Problem comes when we least expect it.., whenever I have a problem.., I cannot bring myself to sleep.., I lay awake on my bed with disturbed thoughts.., I can't imagine how some people can afford to sleep when something is bothering them., I find it hard to sleep when I've got tons of things doing on inside my head..=)

maybe it's their way of calming themselves, we have different opinions about this and we have different ways to solve it...me too, thinking about a problem makes me awake the whole night..but it depends upon the problem.

Yes. I have experienced this multiple times. I learned the hard way that this isn't a good practice. Instead, resolve your problem one at a time. There's no sense worrying about something which you can always fix the next day.

right, i think about that too...I don't like things hanging around unfinished. We really need to fix a problem and make it right.
