in really all of camera is good but what i know now in the world the best branded is nikon and canon,but i think in camera pocket sony is good too and olympus

it's for dslr but if you want pocket camera i think all of the camera has a night shot and etc so choose your best

There are many cameras in the world with various technology and attachments. The word BEST depends!!
If you want a non professional camera then i will suggest canon or Nikon. Moreover, canon slr is also the best in the world.
