I do watch movies before I was born. I love all James bond movies. One thing special about those movies is the thinking added to it. It is a smart series of movies where the hero does things to attract the audiences always. I am sure many of you like Indiana Jones too. It is an awesome series again. Last but not the least I love Jurassic park and Mummy a lot. From child hood I am crazy about these movies and love each and every bit of these movies. Share your thoughts on your favorite movie in hollywood.

I just recently watched two old English films in Black and white and one in color. It's the Village of the damned and the children of the damned. Both are really awesome, I would say, written very well. I also like James Bond films, I think I have seen all of them. Some of them are not that good.

I like watching English movies. However, I seldom want to watch very old movies unless they are the classical and great movies. I like to watch new movies much more. I love China

Shows the age difference, my idea of old English movies go way way back - much further than Jurassic Park!! I think of films like the classic 1945 Brief Encounters; there are films that a lot of people think they know, but have never really seen. David Lean’s ‘Brief Encounter’ is certainly a good example. Most people can tell you the plot, a doomed romance conducted at a railway station. Others will tell you there’s a bit when the train’s moving off and someone’s running to keep up (there, er, isn’t). Some people can even tell you that Noel Coward wrote it. It’s one of those films like Citizen Kane, where you can feel that the critics have watched it just so that you don’t have to. I just love these old films, I think that they're wonderful.

Me I like Lawrence of Arabia. I'm fond of old English movies. One old movie that I like to watch but haven't seen it until now is Message In A Bottle. I should get a copy of it.

Yes, I have seen a lot of old English films, but then again, I live in the U.S., so to not see an old film would be unusual. Everyone had seen old films once in their lives.

Because I watch a lot of movies (generally 14 or more a week) I make a habit of alternating between those from the last couple of decades and those from the 30s, 40s and 50s. So just this week I have watched "Shenandoah", "The Rare Breed", "I was a Male War Bride", "Holiday", "Rope" and "His Girl Friday" all movies probably made before many myLot members were even born but so much better than todays movies.
