who do you love more

I'd like to think that I love my mom better but that only reminds me of how much I don't love my dad enough. We shouldn't have to pick between our mom and dads because both are worthy of our love. Love is undivided and should not be divided. Sometimes we think that we love someone more because they love us more. That should not be our reasoning. Sometimes we think that a person doesn't love us but that is just because we are biased. We should try to love everyone in the same manner we love everyone else. A family member as a family member, a friend as a friend and a spouse as a spouse. We should not be choosing between our mothers and fathers even if they are abusive. They are still our parents no matter what we do and If they continue to be abusive then it is our responsibility to love them and with this love, try to change them. We make our own happiness, why then can't we be happy with our parents and love them despite their imperfections?

It's really hard to choose because I love them both. They both love me too so it's hard for me to chose between them. I guess I just have to say that I both love them equally.
