Maybe because my family experienced flooding last year (our whole house was flooded and even surpassed our roof), that's why when I see that it's raining especially the heavy kind of rain I feel uneasy and worried. I wasn't like this before I even liked it when it was raining because that means the temperature will cool down, but after the flood my view on rain changed.

I love the sound of rain, it makes me relax. I feel calm when I hear the rain.
I also love to walk in the rain.
In the rain I forget everything and only listen to the sound of the water.
I remember living in Curacao. There when it would rain it would not be so warm. I would sit on the veranda and just feel the cool breeze come along with the rain. It felt great.

that's nice, margajoe. that's exactly how i feel when i hear the sound of the rain. in small drops or big splattering, the sound of rain on whatever they fall on always makes me smile. i get peaceful thoughts and a warm feeling. rain also reminds me of a special person in my life. tnx for the comment!

Hi. zapatee. I don't get irritated. All I can think of is that I need to get my umbrella ready so that I can cover up myself from the hard rain! I don't remember anyone special. Just only the wet rain. If I had somewhere that I had to go on this day, I would get very irritated.

Hi! If i am at work when it rains, I think of how I would get home and how wet I would be, especially if it is raining hard. lol. But when I am at home when it rains, it's music to my ears. I like the cool air rain brings and the sound of splashing on the roof which sounds different when it finally falls on the ground.
