Trouble falling asleep

Does anybody else have trouble falling asleep? It takes me 2-3 hours of lying in bed just to fall asleep. Any advice would be very welcome.

I developed this trick and it worked well for me. You should try it. While lying down, put all your body parts at ease, letting loose of some stiffness in their positioning. Start with your head. Drop all its weight upon your pillow. Then your neck. Let loose of it. You'll discover that all the while you were trying to sleep, your neck was kinda stiff. Then same with your shoulders, your arms,buttocks and legs. Let loose of all their weight upon your mattress/bed. Feel all your body weight surrendering to the mattress. Then lastly, let loose of your mind. Let it connect to the eaceness of your body. The sooner you'll fall asleep.
