Already more than one month after my father died of cancer. Now I can't hear his voice, see him, hold his warm hands. Why did he contract a serious illness. He is too young, just 45 years old. How is he now? Is he fine? How to deal with your loved one die?

I am truly sorry that you have lost your father and the only thing I can offer is that you continue to reminisce on the wonderful moments you had with him. This will continue to keep his memory alive always in your heart. As time goes on you will never forget but it will be easier to cope. Thereafter it will be as if he was still alive as you will always have something to smilee and chuckle about as you will always keep him deep in your heart. My prayers to you dear.

I am very sorry for your lost. :( I am sure your dad does not want to see you suffer, you should know he loves you very much and that he would like to see you smile. He is now in a painless and peaceful world. I coped with a loved one who passed away buy remembering the good moments we shared together and thinking positive. I know my loved one would not want to see me sad so I will smile knowing that they are still here in spirit. I hope you feel better and best wishes to you and your family. Keep your head up + stay strong!
