Which washing machine is better to use, front load or top load?

Which washing machine is better front load or top load? Why there is such front and top load? What are their differences? Which brand would you prefer?

It all depends on where you live and what your needs are. Top loaded machines take less space and are easier to fit into smaller apartments and spaces, but in general they cannot wash as much as a front loaded machine, which is usually bigger.

i agree with puccagial ......... if space is not a problem than go for front loaded machine.
