Most people are busy working in their companies day after day. And so do I. But after work, sometimes a sense of emotional emptiness comes up in my head, during this period of time from going back home to retiring to bed, What do you usually do? To me, I spend my most time on surfing the Internet, occationally, jogging and doing exercises in the park, watching TV, etc... Do you think this kind of life is monotonous? And do you have any good recommendations?

Sounds like you are doing good things to keep your physical and health care needs met. It is the emotional side that is not being motivated. So may I suggest your go out a bit more. In you are not the type that enjoys big crowds maybe search your communities for groups. Book clubs, libraries and youth groups. It seems perhaps you need a bit more socializing and that will keep you a bit more motivated emotionally. Good Luck dear friend as I am sort of going through similar things where I have shut off the world. It is not very healthy to say the least, so venture out a bit more.

I would suggest going to events like concerts, things like comic con, or you can start a hobby, like making model airplanes or collecting war stuff.
