Me too! i've never been to any disneylands! How I wish I can visit this childhood dream of mine and bring my kids with me. Well, not too late to dream and hope though!

I hope you get the chance to go - it truly is a magical time. I recently went with my best friend and we are over 20 years old. Just the two of us had an amazing time and can't wait to return someday. We were amazed at all there was to do and see. Now I understand why you can't do everything in one trip - but it is a trip everyone should take. It was absolutely fantastic and I hope you get to go soon!!!

I have been to Disney World and also Disneyland several times. In fact just got back from Disney World in July. You can have as much fun going there as an adult with no kids as you would being a kid. It is something like nothing you will ever experience. It is a place you need to visit. Once you do you will want to go back again.

Oh yea you should definitely try to go! I've been to a few orlando places such as Universal studios and Islands of Adventure. I visited Magic Kingdom, but it was for New Year's Eve, so I have to say.. it was a terrible experience. First of all, the rides are for kids around 6-12, so I didn't really find too much excitement. Also, since it was such a special day, the lines were unbelievably long! The one great thing though was the turkey legs they sell, they are delicious! If you ever go make sure that you buy one! Oh, and don't forget to stay until late so you can watch the fireworks that are displayed by the castle, quite the show they make! There's music and everything playing while they go off. I was lucky because I was on the water ride that is practically facing straight to the castle, and I was at the top as the fireworks started, it was an amazing sight! So, yeah, try to take my advice and don't go during the holiday season or during summer, because that is when everybody wants to go, and it really degrades the quality of your vacation having so many people there. Its even difficult just to get from ride to ride! Some lines were up to three or four hours long, and the rides weren't even that great.

We live in Orlando and I have worked for Disney. It is really awesome seeing guests experience with world for the first time. There is so much to see and do that you can't see it all in one trip regardless of how long you stay. It was truly an incredible world conceived by Walt Disney that still carries on an amazing legacy. If you get the chance you should visit.

You must come! :) I live in Orlando, FL and although I don't typically like theme parks (they wear me out!) you've just gotta visit Disney :)) It's well worth the money, but make sure you get a pass that let's you go to ALL the parks! Personally, my favourite is Epcot, but your youngsters are probably going to like Magic Kingdom more, where they get to meet the characters. Animal Kingdom is also really fun but has some pretty scary rides and to get the best shows, go to MGM Studios!

I have gone to Disney World at least once a year for about the past 10 years and there really is no other place I'd rather go to get away from regular life. This year I will actually be going a second time with a friend for my birthday in a few weeks. I can't wait. It's definitely something I would recommend doing with your kids at least once. It's not inexpensive by any means, but with proper planning and expectations, you can have a good time and not kill your budget. To start planning, I would go to disneyworld.com and look around. You can also have them send you a free vacation planning dvd. If you have any questions, I'd be more than happy to try and answer them, or at least send you in the right direction.
