Hey ladies Im 23 years old and I just had a baby in June, my son is now 3 months old and I still have this chunky belly LOL. This is not my first child it is my second so some of the fat comes from my first fatness of that pregnancy and I never lost it all and the second only made it worse. It gets difficult when I where shirts and people come to you saying aww how cute, thinking your pregnant I want to keep my weight but not the fat belly what are some things that I can do to get rid of it on a daily base, nothing seems to work! I do drink alot of soda also could that be keeping my stomach swollen. Please any ideas for me ladies or even men will be great positive only! Thankyou

give up the soda. even if it is diet, the brain is wired to think anything sweet is full of sugar, so the body releases insulin, which turns those sugars into fats. Drink lots of water. Water will get rid of the excess salt in the body, and reduce any water weight. Light cardio everyday, even if it is just starting with taking the baby for a 10 minute walk and building up from there. Even if you tone your abs, what you seem to be talking about is extra fat, not a lack of muscle. Some quick ab exercises you can do are: frogs- sitting on the floor, raise your legs a few inches off of the floor and your arms straight out, as you bring your knees up to your chest, bring your arms around, like you are going to hug your knees. Do 10 of these to start, three or four times a day. Leg climbs- lay on your back with one leg up in the air, and the other on the ground. Use your leg and "walk" up your leg with one hand over the other until you get to your toes.

Congratulations! It's a great chance for your kids to have such a young mom. I think that the care for them will help you to get rid of your belly. Except the healthy food it would be great if you do some exercises. You don't have to go to the gim, you can find a little time to do this at home and everything wil be OK.

Hi! I suggest you to eat lots and lots of healthy food. I recommend you to eat more fiber rich foods like veggies and fruits. Drink lots of water. Avoid fatty and junks. Brisk walking everyday will definitely help those belly to shrink. Cleaning the house or taking care of your kids will also be of great help. You must be positive enough and really commit yourself to your goal. I hope this tips will help solve your problem. God Bless your family.

To help me lose the weight from my son. I drank more water. Walking is excellent. Situp and crunches are great but try also to work on posture and try not to focus too much on just your belly. I got caught up in doing ab work only and the hardest time seeing results. Plus don't be like me and expect to see results right away. its going to take sometime to see results. Wii Fit is great too its fun to do and it really does help. You can dance the pounds away too. My sister does a dance routine to help her lose weight. Fruits and vegetables are good but eating too many vegetables can make you look bloated. Try not to skip any meals. Cutting down on soda will help too. My doctor told me that if I didn't want to give up the soda to follow it with a glass of water or drink water before i drank the soda. Hope this helps. And GOod Luck
