If BMW is the best car, then is it best too when it come to their bikes?

I've seen a lot's of BMW bike and I questioned in my mind that if BMW is one of the best car selling company, do they also are the best BMW bike?

Not really a lot of bikes here... BMW is used for police motorcycles.. also Honda but mostly cars here.
