Top teams in English Premier League too good for newly promoted teams

The English Premier League is the number 1 football league in the world and the top teams in the EPL are definitely among the best in the world. So it is no surprise that when new teams from the lower division (Championship) get promoted to the EPL, the get hammered in every game.
For instance, I watched a match last night between Chelsea and Blackpool. It seemed like a professional team playing against a bunch of high school kids.
Chelsea by the way is a very good team. I love the way they play. Blackpool on the other hand seems to be heading back to the lower division. How many times have they been thrashed?

In my opinion EPL is not a very good league, but are the top teams which have a lot of money and they can afford to buy international top stars. Teams like Manchester, Chelsea, Arsenal are good mostly because of the foreign players, and not because of their homegrown talents. But I think their domination will end once the financial fair play will be introduced. So the power of foreign investors like Abramovitch will be limited, because every team will have to spend less than produces. In Germany or France teams like Chelsea would not be able to gain a license to play, because they spend almost every year far more than they produce. And I know that UEFA plans to introduce this rule in every European competition(CHL, EL) so that every team to have an equal chance. Because we don't really know how people like Abramovitch made their fortune and illegal money is not welcome in the sport.
