I watch anime and I love some of the opening and ending songs. It's good that I can watch the full version of those songs in Youtube. Although I can't understand the lyrics of those Japanese songs I still enjoy listening to them.

I'm also an anime music lover even though I don't understand the language. I like the beats for a lot of the songs, they are really catchy. Last time I checked I had over 5GB of various anime songs on my hard drive. If I want to know what the song is about I usually go to animelyrics since they have a large database of anime songs with both romanji and english lyrics. My favorite anime song at the moment is the opening for Trinity Blood called "Dress" by Buck-Tick.

Ohayou is the only one out of the three that I listen to on a regular basis. I have the other two songs on my hard drive but I don't really listen to them. I think that's the case with a lot of the anime songs I have. It seems like I only listen to the same ones over and over again.

I also like songs from Anime.. although, like you, I don't understand Japanese. I really like the opening song of Hunter X Hunter (Ohayo Gozaimasu) and the opening and ending songs of Ghost Fighter (these were the animes of my time. haha)

I have a lot of Anime ever since I was able to download them and one of those was also Hunter X Hunter. I also love their soundtracks and my favorite from Hunter X was the opening and ending song the GI Final season although I don't know their song titles. Another was the opening song of Dragon Ball GT that was a bit old anime too. -) But above them all, my most favorite anime soundtrack was "Mou Sukoshi" or Just a bit more. It was the ending soundtrack of anime Midori no Hibi. I was so addicted to it, it keeps on playing on my head for weeks and I even managed to translate it to English and created my own music video using the full version of the song and video clips from the anime. I also added subtitles for its Japanese lyrics written in English alphabet together with its English translation. During those times, I felt like I was a die hard fan of that anime. But I just can't help it because it's so beautiful. Maybe you should check it out too. It was just a short 13-episode anime. -)

Yeah. Those japanese composers really know how to compose quality music. Especially, when they mix it with the anime series. They really think about how their music will impact the series and that's how a real artist works.

The singer's voices blend well with their music and their music blend well into the anime.

If I like the anime song, I will download the song including the lyrics in Japanese and English interpretation. My personal favorites are the soundtrack from Samurai X. Both opening and closing songs are great. Even the meaning of the songs are really fantastic.

same here. whenever i always search the youtube for the full versions of the opening and ending songs in anime. i don't understand it but i still enjoy listening to it. my brothers and mom actually laughs at me for listening to a song i don't undestand, but who cares if they laugh at me? i love it and it's not like i'll be affected by them. Mai Kuraki is my favorite Jpop singer and sang a lot of songs in Detective Conan.

There's a lot of anime songs that I like too. The music and vocals can be really nice, even if I don't understand Japanese (well, a couple of words here and there, but not enough to actually know what the lyrics are about) :)
