Banner not showing?

I had put a banner in y profile a few days ago and it was working alright. But right now when I checked, it was not showing. When I went in the edit mode, the html code is still there. When I click save changes and then view, it shows the space that my banner is taking and then just disappears. Just the text I had put above the banner is showing. Is this happening with your banners also? I don't understand the problem. Thank you

Delete your code. Rewrite it and recheck all characteers. Your banner should show just fine. Don't edit the html, erase it and paste the new one. Goodluck!

nah, it didn't work.... I pasted the new code, it still does the same, first shows the space where the banner should load and then nothing happens.... the picture doesn't load .. And the space is also covered up then..

hey thanks.... I tried again and it worked this time. Maybe the site had changed the location of that banner or something...thanks again

Are you sure the code is correct? Are you sure the server it is hosted on is still active? The space is loaded here but the actual picture is not to be seen. Weird.

well, yes the code is correct. It was showing till today morning. But now when I check the banner is not there....

I think their will be problem of html which your banner was not showing.. so you can check it again..

there are times i also get my banners didn't show up,but it takes time before the code gets in the way in here.sometimes i even tried three times before it did showed up. there are also times i should put a dot before the html code for it to appear as banner.

I have faced the same problem. Do not use firefox to post banners in mylot profile. The banner does not upload instead use internet explorer to upload banner it should work just fine.
