Costco rated #1 in customer satisfaction

I am not a member of Costco warehouse club, but I am in a twitch to change it from SAM's club to Costco, due to such customer satisfaction report. Friend of mine who has Costco membership told me about their great refund policy. Especially for electronics and mattress. If you don't have satisfaction with their items, there is no time limit expiration on your receipt. You simply bring back your receipt and they would have your items replaced or fully refund. That is amazing, don't you think? Although the annual membership is a little bit expensive than I expect, $55 per year, but I guess that might be worth the effort.

I do not have a costco near me. The one that I went to in Japan, had a great selection, the store was always clean, and there was always someone around to help, or to find someone to help if they were not directly able to. i am not surprised that they have a good customer satisfaction rating.
