I don't have enough knowledge about the paymen rules. It's been about three months ago. All staff in my company get together and planned at mass demonstration in line to the amount of money we received from the company. After a long debate and discussion among staff about our plan to ask salary increasing, we were on one opinion that we would go on asking our manager about the things. We then meet the boss. We were at a meeting and discussing the payment and everything we get from the company. But the meeting was not our expection because the boss didn't agree with our claiming, Moreover, the boss didn't understand our goal. he is not an english speaking people, so the conversation stucked and ended not as we hoped off. But, I have a qeustion; can we ask our boss about the payment that we are going to receive from the company ?

You can ask but it depends on the economic situation of the country. :D

I didn't get it, are you trying to say you are asking for Salary Increase or you boss is not giving your salary for the past 3 months? You should have contract prior to employment. If in the contract indicate that you will receive salary increase after 3 months, then you should ask him to. But if you don't receive your salary for 3 months then you really have to do action. You should also learn you boss language so you can communicate with him well. Try to read the Labor Code in your country.
