Do you think laughter is the best medicine?

Sometimes I can lose myself in a funny film totally. I can forget all the worries and stresses of life for that hour and a half or so, and just laugh my little socks off. When it finishes, I still have this buzz that gives me a lift and makes life a little easier to take. Is that how you feel?

I completely agree, laughter would have to be the best medicine. When you are able to forget all of your pains by hanging with some friends, laughing and having a good time. It's just a great relief and something that is a great way to feel better. While some say it's just a placebo effect type deal, I have seen people feel much better just by having a good time and enjoying themselves. It really helps to take their mind off of whatever may be bothering them.

Yes I believe in that laughter is the best medicine for much kind of deceases. And many time is works as a tonic. So I always try to be happy always. But it is too difficult in present time to be always happy. I think there are very fewer people in this world who always live happy in whole life. Because sometimes very critical problem comes in life. And they is the reason of sad.
