I have figured him all out, he is miserably mad of no attention that is shown.

I see exactly what my neighbor is just trying to do. I don't pay him any attention either. When he is in and out of his apartment, I am inside of mines, minding my own business. I don't come outside anywhere near him. I don't even bother knocking on his door either! I believe that he is mad because I don't give him any attention that he wants to have. When he hit his ceiling on Sunday, I did not call the police on him. I also did not tell my manager either. I know that he is trying to figure out why I did not do so. Listen up, I don't have time for him anymore. Once me and my family move within this week or next, he will be long gone and out of my hairs. I have reported him to the police and the manager on different occasions. I have called the police on him about two times. I have sent my manager about two or three notes explaining how threatening my family has felt since he has been stressing us out. I am so done! I can see that nothing will be done about this. One of us has to leave and it will be us! I am surprised that he is not the first one to take a hike since he is the one that can't take the noise. I wonder how he will put up with his son crying? Babies emotions change constantly. It will never always be the same! He is just mad because I don't give the satisfaction at all. He wants me to notice him and I am not giving him any of my attention at all. I am ignoring him and it is eating him up so badly. He can't take it. Someone has to be the better and bigger person and it will be me. He may torment and torture us here, but he will never ever torture the rest of my life! He can count on that, if he wants to count on something!

If you dont Love your neighbor, it is OK, but dont hate him, You say he his mad, instead of reporting to the Police, as a good neighbor you should have called mental hospital.

I think that there is more of an issue than the noise. The baby crying worrying me too. I was never more happy about this situation as when you mentioned you were moving. Hopefully where you move will be worlds different than this place. And I still maintain the hope that the woman living with that man gets smart and kicks his rear out! I doubt she will, and ofcourse she needs a babysitter since she is the only bread winner but still........!!!!

How long have i been waiting for this tantrum? About time you get on your high horse, sweetie. He will see what he is doing to others, but then it will be too late. TATA.
