What place in Asia is the best to visit with?

I've never been outside my country ever since. It's my dream of going other countries and for a start is in Asia. Can you give me some insights/recommendations regarding places worth to visit particularly in Asia?

I've been to singapore, hongkong, malaysia, indonesia, philippines..I guess my visit on these asian countries was really amazing from foods and shopping oh my God one day is not enough..! they all have great tourists spots you will surely enjoy! My husband loves to stay in Boracay philippines..snorkeling, watching sunrise and sunset fresh fruits and seafoods..it was great!

I was suppose to recommend Boracay Philippines, glad I found out your Filipina before I replied.
Anyways, I have to say, for modern architecture around Southeast Asia, have your way to Hongkong. I was awed by the skyscrapers and high tech buildings. Plus if you are traveling with Kids, the Disney land and the ocean park would be fun and great destination. And dont miss out to have a glance of the entire city at the victoria peak, the highest peak in hongkong. Do visit Hongkong during winter, to escape the hot climate we have in the Philippines. Then add a side trip to macau the las vegas of southeast asia, for a modern-classical architecture tale and you might try to jump at the world highest bunjy jump at macau tower. It would only take 45 minutes ferry boat ride from HK to Macau. Malaysia is also a nice country. Mainly a green city and just like Philippines they have also world class beach resorts. Langkawi is one of the best. Putrajaya is also a nice destination around Malaysia. Take the longest cable car ride in asia at Genting Highland and finally have your picture taken at the 3rd tallest building the Petronas Tower. Malaysia is just five hours drive to Singapore, small and clean country, sentosa park and the universal studio are among the famous tourist attraction.

You can choose Singapore, a country which is clean and safe. Singapore is called is "shopping heaven". It's interesting.

I have been to some amazing cities in Asia and each one is worth visiting. I loved shopping in Kuala Lumpur and seeing its sights. I have been to Singapore these times. It is such an exciting city to visit. I adored going to Hong Kong and it is a very beautiful city. I have been to some of Asia's tropical islands in the Maldives. Wow!
The best adventure I have had in my life was in Indonesia. I visited Sumatra and had a very exciting time indeed. I liked seeing the old towns, the Equator, Lake Toba and the wild orangutans. Indonesia has many other superb islands full of delightful sights.
I have been to Israel and it has many interesting religious sites and holy buildings. I loved going to Jordan and seeing the rose red ancient city called Petra. I loved going to see Istanbul in Turkey. There is lots to see in the Middle East.
I haven't been there yet but one day I would love to go island hopping and snorkeling in the Philippines. I would like to visit India to see the Taj Mahal and I think it has many other sights to see. I hope I will be able to go to China to see the Great Wall. When I have enough money I would like to go to Japan. It has some lovely places with interesting buildings to see.

I have had the opportunity to visit all the ten countries in the Southeast Asia region. Each country is very unique and there are many beautiful places of interest to see. One country which is very impressive is Thailand, the "Land of Smiles". As the saying goes, first of all , the people are very friendly greeting with smiles. There are many places of interest, historical, cultural, religion, architectural, resorts and beaches. You will surely enjoy seeing all those scenic places.

I have been to Bangkok, Hong kong and China and among the 3 I would recommend Bangkok. Although china and Hong Kong are both beautiful and nice country it's just that I enjoyed most in Bangkok. I love their food and fruits and it's not expensive very affordable. When it comes to shopping you will definitely love it.

Hi Joddie! I see you're from Davao, if plans push through, my family will visit Davao on March.
I'm also from the Philippines, since we can't afford at the moment to travel outside the country, I contented myself exploring the 7,107 islands in the Philippines.
My latest trip was in Palawan- what a lovely place, simply breathtaking.
If I have to travel in Asia, I want to go to China - I want to see the Great Wall.
