It is usual to have negative balance at Matrixmails. Any other site like this?

I have $-0.001 at Matrixmails. And this is not new. It happens for me often. It is not because of any error.
When the site pays the rounded amount, this may happen. (For example, our earnings may be $1.009 and we might be paid $1.10. The difference will show in minus figures.)
Normally, most sites would pay $1 in the above instance. I think Matrixmails is the only site paying more than the actual earning, though it is fraction of a cent.
Any other site like Matrixmails?

i never faced a situation like it, neobux did paid be correctly when i requested for a payout of $4.545 (the value is approximately). they have charged me 8 cents as transaction fees. same with other sites too, as per matrixmails i never requested the payout form them until now.
