Lost world of the Tiger

Just watching the Lost World of the Tiger. Not sure if its me but I get the feeling this series is more about the experts than the actual animals there trying to find and study. I normally like watching Gordon Buchanan, especially when he used to present on Spring Watch (before they got rid of Bill Oddie and "sexed it up"). And George McGavin is always a joy to watch on the One Show (especially when he gets his bugs out). But it appears that whenever Steve Backshall is featured, his ego tends to get in the way of the message its trying to convey and as result it feels more like a competition between the experts as to who has the most radical methods of getting results. I love nature programmes as good ones always teach us something about wild life, our environment and how we need to preserve it for future generations.Just enjoyed it more David Attenborough presented it and it didnt feel like a popularity contest.

I haven't yet seen The Lost World of the Tiger. The tiger is a beautiful animal and if in a safe position I would love to see the tiger in the wild. It is a shame that what you watched seemed like a popularity contest. It a shame that David Attenborough isn't presenting in it. Good luck with the enjoyment of other wildlife programs in the future.

Yes it is thinking topics that how can we save tigers in the world. As survey says that there are no more tigers are in worlds. There are only 1500 tigers safe in allover worlds. I think we are responsible for this. Because we cut down many forests so it is good natural place for living tigers. Also we hunt tigers many times. But now the government passes a rule of saving tigers. I think now it is necessary to save tigers. And also we think how we can improve the numbers of tigers in whole worlds.
