Not until a few months back have i understood the ugly meaning of that word, today he/she is your friend, tomorrow he/she is your enemy, and then your somewhat friend again, and before you know it you got fired for what your "supposed" to be friend is saying to the boss. what can i get from this, if you still need money just do what you're job desc says and nothing more and also it's a good idea not to talked to much sort of speak. any of you guys ever had an ugly encounter with the word ?

There is also a term of Office Mafia, where the head of the office tries to make the current executives leaving and recruits his own people, pulled out of the same company as he was. This is bad, too. Yes, I experienced being talked bad from behind that my boss had a weird attitude toward me afterward. I was not feeling good with the changes in my boss moods, so I left. It have been three years now that I moved to a different company. My ex-boss tried three times already to get me back to his company. Too late, I will trust my boss and colleagues, but once they did not trust me I will leave and will not look back.

Yes, it feels so good when he is begging, he even trying to double my salary from before. And the last time he offers me a partnership, too. I rarely changed my mind once I decided. Believe me, office mafia is as bad. The big boss will try his best to make all the executive left (usually the competent and the vocal ones), so the group will reign in the company. I hope you find the much more better company to work with. Thanks for the best response. It makes my day

office mafia, heard this for the first time, and strangely enough i think that is also happening here, but i don't think that this is bad since the one that the big boss here trying to lose is the not the best of a bunch. hahaha..it feels kinda good isn't that the boss is somewhat begging you to comeback

That's really annoying. It's really better to have your own business. You don't have a boss, you don't have irritating co-employees, and there is no limit to your earnings. Best of luck to you!

you may also get home based jobs wherein you can work alone. :-)
