Overweight and want to do something about it.

I am fifty pounds over weight, I would like to change my eating habits and adopt a more health lifestyle. I was once under weight, now at fifty I am now 200 lbs and very worried. I need help, I an watching what I eat to some extent, I exercise when the spirit moves me. I welcome all suggestions.

Hello sweetie. That's just the thing. Too watch what you eat to an extent and to exercise when the spirit moves you ain't good enough. No offense. You should try and eat 6 very small portions every day. No need to go and buy expensive food. Veggies, fruit and some chicken and beef will do. Without the fat of course. You have to exercise at least 30 minutes everyday. Go for walks if you can after you have eaten. That should get the metabolism started. When you have the energy later on, get a bicycle. That is the best and fastest way. Luck. TATA.
